The TMO always likes to hear from you when we get it right, but, where we get it wrong or fall short of the standards, that you have come to expect, the TMO would especially like to hear from you so that we may endeavour to bring about a satisfactory resolution.
The TMO will try to resolve your concerns within 48 hours, although some issues may be complex and require more time. If you are still not happy, the TMO has provided a complaint procedure document, that will ensure that your comments and complaints will be heard.
