What the TMO does:

• Tenancy Management Services: letting properties and managing tenancies on behalf of Brent Council

• Estate Management: looking after the buildings and ensuring Watling Gardens is a safe place to live

• Day to day repairs

• Cleaning and caretaking

• Grounds: looking after the open spaces

• Parking and garage letting: issuing permits and garage licences

• Organising community events and room hire

• General advice and guidance to residents on housing, social care and benefits concerns. Includes confidential appointments

• Planning for long term social and economic regeneration of the estate and local area

• Liaison with Leaseholders: usually about service charges, repairs and lettings

• Regular open meetings where residents can have a say in how things are run

• First point of contact for many vulnerable residents often in traumatic and stressful situations
